KEY PRESENTER

Vincent Fung is a Managing Consultant who heads up consulting business for multiple industries in Asia Pacific for Comptify. Prior to that, Vincent worked in and was the Consulting Lead for Mercer-HRBS, a company acquired by Mercer in 2015, for more than 12 years. With background of information engineer, he has taken charge of initiatives for HR technology application and innovation throughout his career. He has undertaken strategic consulting/training and industry-focused roles in the region.

Bandrick Pang is a seasoned HR/C&B consultant and a Managing Consultant for Comptify. He oversees key activities for consulting projects, information services and business development. He has a wide range of expertise in designing job grading and salary structure, sales commission/ incentive plan, pay increase model, performance bonus system, executive remuneration design, retention practices in Asia. He has academic background of business administration focusing on information system management and data mining. He is also a certified Excel expert accredited by Microsoft.
