Directors Remuneration for Public Companies in Hong Kong (Half Day)

Market benchmarking is by far the most common and simplest way to determine fair remuneration for general employees. However, designing the remuneration package for the directors in listed companies is by no means an easy task, given the heterogeneous nature of their positions.

Knowledge of the latest trends, topical issues and professional outlook on the executive remuneration for the listed companies in the Hong Kong stock exchange are the crucial ingredients in tailoring candid packages for the leadership team.
